So one minor note about Zuko is that for the entire series up until now whenever he firebends, he grunts in rage. After this episode he stops grunting because that rage is gone.

"Acting kind of like a jilted lover." I love anytime y'all show your Zutara sides. Pfft, a giant talking animal? I know this is Avatar, but where would you ever find that outside of the spirit world? (wink wink) Now to watch the next one WITH you guys. Very excited; I rebudgetted things around and was able to afford the higher tier for this month so I can get caught up and watch, not only the next few episodes, but the FINALE with y'all.

She feels like she can't read him at all, so she's got to treat everything he says as a lie, be on the defensive, and expect for the worst. What she doesn't know is that, she was right when she believed him. He didn't lie to her, and he wasn't manipulating her. He was just weak when everything he'd spent years chasing was within his grasp, waiting for him right there, on a silver platter so to speak.
