Sam, Travis, Matt and others have said that there are going to be further changes to the show, versus the table game to keep even long time Critters guessing too. Like this fight, in the table top game they plan to pin the dragon and demon to fight each other, and than take out the weakened winner. Work out pretty well for them. When I saw that you guys were going to watch season 3, this was one of the episodes that I couldn't wait to see your reaction to. I've watched this episode more times than I can count just for the fight sequence as I'm a huge kaiju and Godzilla fan. The music definitely made this fight sequence more amazing and gave me goosebumps when I heard the electric guitar playing. I had to privilege of watching this episode on a big screen with a big speaker so that made it even better. Another important note is that in the world of DND, white dragons are the most animalistic and feral of their kind, and take immense pleasure from the thrill of the hunt. So throwing a big and dangerous piece of prey or opponent at them is a good way to distract them and it's also the reason why he didn't run after getting wounded. However, this also shows just how powerful vorugal was, as there are very few things on any plane of existence in the world of DND that can challenge an ancient dragon as they only get stronger with age.
