2023-06-11 16:35:45 +0000 UTCRIP Fives & Dominos Squad; I don't think it was ever touched about what he got drugged with just that it clouded his mind/judgement and clearly agitated him. Although Anakin cares about his soldiers he will prioritize his relationship with Palpatine more since they're close friends and have known each other longer therefore he is biased. The prequels implied their close relationship throughout the years and Palpatine was always there for Anakin during his training. The Jedi Order knew of Anakin's close relationship with Palpatine hence why they ASKED him to spy on Palpatine in EP 3. Ultimately Anakin's love for Padme trumps everything else and Palpatine knew of this and manipulated his love to turn him to the dark side. I advise you watch Tales of the Jedi after Clone Wars THEN The Bad Batch as that is most chronologically accurate. Then Rebels last if you must (I personally don't like Rebels and the direction Disney took with it as well as the downgrade in the art & animation but that's just me). Tales of the Jedi and The Bad Batch are shorter in seasons compared to Rebels CURRENTLY so you'd catch up pretty quick. Tales of the Jedi also touches upon more lore about the prequel era and gives more insight for certain prequel characters for people who don't read the novels. The Bad Batch takes place directly after Clone Wars and EP 3 while Tales of the Jedi takes place in diff timelines in the prequel era; before, during and after. Both shows are connected to and correlate with the Clone Wars series.

2023-06-09 19:35:54 +0000 UTCTechnically Bad batch is next in line after Revenge of the sith it follows a couple of clone mercenaries during the rise of the empire just after order 66. Revenge of the Sith is the closest explanation we get of how Anakin became vader. The main appearance of Vader in Rebels focuses on his relationship with Ahsoka. Rebels story is based around the Grand Admirals and Inquisitors
