Dang it! Toei is no fun! The audio from the "retelling of the Cell Games" is taken from the original DBZ. There was a new dub funimation did of it, that they didn't write, that Toei wouldn't let them air, and I guess they won't let them stream it, either. Funny thing about the ring announcer he seems to be one of the few people from the OG dragon ball days that actually remember the Z fighters, most of the other civilians have short term memory 🤣 I guess that's good for Piccolo and Vegeta
