I think he can only teleport in the world he is in so he still needs the door but like even if he cant teleport from normal to fantasy, he can go anywhere he wants in the world he's in making life easier

It also has different types of baths( jacuzzi, japenese, etc can't remember the others) That are also optional, in the light novel before be goes to deploy it it can choose the settings from a game menu screen.

People would be suspicious if a pools amount of water appears out of nowhere and starts gushing out the windows and everything. This is what he's thinking in the Light Novel, but the anime skips his thought process. He wants to use his powers to protect the people he cares about, but at the same time he wants to keep his powers a secret.

He can't travel to other worlds with it, at least not yet. Maybe if he gets stronger, but right now he doesn't have the mana for something like that.
