Thankfully the true fans of this series are very dedicated. We may be small in number but we're pretty tight-knit. Almost every Japanese fan I'm friends with was freaking over how excited they are for episode 10 (since they get to see the title a week in advance). As a manga reader, I'm also super hype since part 2 has my favorite characters and story events in the series so far. (I totally recommend reading the manga from the beginning, too. Even this season didn't cover all of the stuff that was cut out, like Domas, Kage, and Miranjo's full backstories).

I won't spoil it, but episode 10 alone will prove to any doubters that this season is NOT filler. It's very necessary for any fans of season 1 to watch. SO HYPE.
