The ladder leads to the bottom of the tower where Goku originally climbed it in Dragon ball when he was a kid. There are actually people guarding the bottom of the tower. The ladder leads to korins tower and then eventually Kamis tower (the lookout)

2023-08-31 00:37:06 +0000 UTCShenron can be seen by everyone. Bulmas family is rich though and covers up anything that happens As for the ladder as others have said it was first used by the z fighters before they learned how to fly

2023-08-17 21:22:01 +0000 UTCPiccolo is always seen as the better paternal figure especially for Gohans sake, by most abridged and regular viewers, but most forget how piccolo treated a 4 year old Gohan as a kid, left him alone and yelled at him to stop crying for his dead father π, Piccolo only became nicer to Gohan after a short while, so although I agree Gokus actions towards the end were rough, I think was necessary, especially since he only has a few hours left to teach them

2023-08-17 05:26:18 +0000 UTCThe ladder connect to the base of the lookout, which in turn was at one time connected to Korin's tower by an extending pole weapon that Goku carried with him as a child (it was given to him by his grandfather, who got it from Roshi who in turn received it from Korin). After training with Korin, Goku used the pole to reach the lookout and begin his training with Kami. This was before he was able to fly. Although Goku used it as a weapon for most of OG Dragonball, the pole's real purpose was to use its near limitless extending ability to reach the lookout from Korin's tower (Goku takes the pole back at some point, and he died briefly use it again near the end of OG Dragonball after he learned to fly and had already finished training with Kami).

2023-08-16 19:53:49 +0000 UTCSaiyans are motivated by anger. The angrier they are the stronger they become and you should know by now that they don't operate the same way as normal human. Krillin got killed = Goku become Super Saiyan Future Gohan got killed = Future Trunks become Super Saiyan Android 16 got destroyed = Gohan become Super Saiyan 2 Future Trunks got killed = Vegeta went off Always been that way since original Dragon Ball too. It might be weird for Goku to act like that, but each time someone got killed the first thing that come to Goku's mind is revenge.

2023-08-16 10:49:48 +0000 UTCI think I'll just take this moment to recommend the anime, "Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit". If anything for everyone's own personal enjoyment, but I wouldn't be mad if people started reacted to it. It's based on the first book of a series of novels named "Seirei no Moribito" written by Nahoko Uehashi. It's a phenomenal story about a traveling woman Bodyguard tasked with hiding and protecting a young prince that is being targeted by his own father for assassination. There's even been multiple live action movie and series adaptations of the story. The live action series actually covers more than just the first book. Used to be available pretty much everywhere, but these days I can only find it on HIDIVE.

2023-08-16 07:25:33 +0000 UTCI've always viewed Goku's harshness on the boys as him appealing to their Saiyan Instincts. Saiyans being a proud warrior race wouldn't take defeat like this lying down. So he has to get them ready for the fight, and what better way than to appeal to the same blood that courses through his veins? It's tough love by our standards, but seems pretty par for the course for saiyans.

2023-08-16 01:00:45 +0000 UTCThe fate of the planet is on the table which includes them so it's understandable why Goku would be more blunt in his tone to the boys. Not to mention Goku is on the clock so he won't be around to teach them long.

2023-08-15 22:36:02 +0000 UTCI know yall watched abridged but piccolo kidnapped gohan for nearly a year lmao also like goku said you never know when they can find that place not only that but goku has about 10hrs to teach them the fusion so waiting for them to cry for a hour or two will not cut it also you cant bring real life into this cause we will never be put into that situation were 2 little kids are our last hope

2023-08-15 21:47:17 +0000 UTCNo he's had serious moments in the original Dragonball too

2023-08-15 20:47:30 +0000 UTCThe ladder on the lookout i think you were pointing out was used by Goku in Dragonball where it was Goku's first time he reached there and this was when Goku was a kid and no one in the show would fly also in Dragonball z Goku does spend quite a lot time with Gohan especially in the cell Saga and piccolo does treat Gohan really harsh when he was training him in Dragonball z which is not fully shown in the abridged series

2023-08-15 20:43:16 +0000 UTC"DON'T YOU DARE CRY" - Piccolo to a kidnapped Gohan after Goku died after Raditz....

2023-08-15 19:53:46 +0000 UTCYeah Goku has a rare serious moment which only happens when he first turned super saiyan for the first time against Frieza, even taunting him and talking shit to him lol he actually punched Gohan in the face during the Cell Saga when Piccolo was critically injured by Cell and Goku stopped Gohan by force. And I think Goku yelling at Trunks and Goten was the third time he wasnβt his happy-go-lucky self.
