I remember I had to use a dress like that when I was little, had to wear a crinoline and it was completely uncomfortable.... I couldn't even sit down because the skirt will lift. Love how they look, but they are very impractical dresses.

To piggyback on the body weight thing, even if the Captain was as light as Stale, that means Stale would have to TP to the battlefield, TP the Captain out first, then escape himself. But he can't even do that because obviously, the Captain is much heavier than he is.
