2024-03-11 02:37:54 +0000 UTCNah. It's a common misconception within the community. He DID pass out during recording, but it was while he was recording for GT. Lowering his voice allowed his vocal chords to widen but he miscalculated how much air he needed for the take, on top of being fairly sleep deprived and passed out very briefly as a result.

2023-08-23 15:00:16 +0000 UTCDunno if it's mentioned, but Goku's Instant Transmission works by him focusing on another person's power level (ki) and teleporting to that area. Also I think the original Dragon Ball with Kid Goku is worth checking, even if just on your own time.

2023-08-23 02:41:28 +0000 UTCThe difference between super Saiyan and super Saiyan 2 in appearance is super Saiyan 2 there's a blue electricty surging around them which the first Super Saiyan form doesn't have also Super Saiyan 2 spikes up more strands of the hair, for this it's kinda hard to notice the difference between Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 when it spikes up more hair strands however for Gohan( in the cell saga) and Goku when they become Super Saiyan 2 it's much easier to tell the difference for them when more hair strands spikes up as opposed to Vegeta and adult Gohan

Goku is a serious when it comes to wanting to fight but as you saw the moment with goten and during the tournament arc he can have a bit of a child like demeanor at times because of the way he was brought up. Trunks is 8. Goten is 7

2023-08-22 20:00:49 +0000 UTCAlso yes, as I'm sure many are gonna point out, the TFS guys are (somewhat) bringing back DBZA for the Buu saga albeit in short clips. For a friend's review series (TotallyNotMark on YT, really good reviews, highly recommend), he contacted them to do some clips for his review on the Buu saga, and as it turns out, apparently they did quite the handful. They're not all up as of yet, but I'd imagine once the aforementioned review is out, they might post all of the clips to their YouTube channel or something. Either way, I'm sure you'll get tons of requests to cover them once they all go public.

2023-08-22 19:51:17 +0000 UTCMan, if anything this episode really showcases how much Sean Schemmel (VA for Goku) has improved since the original Z. His iconic scream for the original is fine enough, but here you can really hear how he tries to add some nuance in how the transformation must be straining Goku's body. You can feel the struggle in how he delivers the scream and it honestly gives me chills everytime.
