2023-08-31 23:35:02 +0000 UTCSo the way I understand it, a dead person with a body (and not in hell) is able to travel to any place in the universe except the mortal realm. That means Heaven and Hell, King Yemas check in station, King Kai's planet (and the other 3 kaio planets), Grand Kai's planet, and the Kai realm which is where Gohan is. Jury is out afaik if he can go to the Demon realm where Dabura is from. It's confusing and the rules change all the time >_>. Also yeah Baba (old lady with the crystal ball) is able to grant someone with "good credit" a one day pass back to the mortal realm. It's a one time deal
