Yeah FNAF lore is complicated. The community likes to joke that not even the creator himself know where the lore is going. It makes a bit of sense, since he wasn’t expecting the game to blow up like it did. He just wanted to create a spooky game about a pizza place, but once it became popular, he greatly expanded on it. Good thing it became a success, cause damn this is such a good series.
