The z fighters only think in terms of fighting but Satan thinks outside of the fighting box. Sometimes words solves more problems than fists. Mr Satan will save the universe. Arguably more important than gohan and goku. You've only seen the minimum of his greatness.

2023-09-14 22:09:42 +0000 UTCTbh i don't blame the Kai's for not knowing & disappointing. To me, that's the underlining message about why the Saiyans are so Godlike. There's also a lot of foreshadowing that leads into the future of the show. The Saiyan race is an Alien race that was known to go extinct from Frieza, just for the Kai's to find out in a short notice that there are two full blooded saiyan's that survived, Goku & Vegeta that could destroy planets. Doesn't even count the kids. Other planets by Frieza have been destroyed before so there would be no reason to think Saiyans survived. This is why it's going to be so important to watch OG Dragon Ball. Arguably the best of Dragon ball. So much is explained in why the Saiyans have always captured higher beings off guard. The Saiyans were like ghosts in the universe until this saga really.

The scenes explaining this were deleted on TV airings of the original series and in all versions of Kai, but he is using Majin Buu's killing spree as a excuse to kill people himself before deciding to give a go at Buu himself. I linked some deleted scenes on the previous episode post that gave the two guys more context. They are a sick bunch who deserve everything that's coming to them.
