Glad to say the Naughty Bear outfit is considered one of the best outfits by the DBD community. The reason he made it in was because Behaviour, the people who made DBD, also made the Naughty Bear games. People were also surprised Sadako, Yoichi, and Xenomorph got the blighted outfit. These outfits are what-ifs. What if the Blight, another killer, experimented on the killers. I believe you saw the Trapper get experimented on by the Blight in the Tomes. It’s hard to get license holders to allow Behaviour to create original outfits for their characters. The only licensed killers who have these outfits are GhostFace, Pyramid Head, Nemesis, Sadako, Wesker, and the Xenomorph.
