2023-12-06 21:40:47 +0000 UTCSo to explain Vulkan's situation as best I can (cause I haven't gotten to reading too many WH40k books yet). Basically he was fighting a really strong ork warboss near an ork waaagh (ork word for war) reactor and ultimately something happened to make that reactor explode killing them both. But since Vulkan is a perpetual (meaning he can't really die) he came back and he seemed to absorb the waaagh energy which seemed to give him a split personality. Though just for clarity sake the split personality thing is not canon (at least to our knowledge) cause Vulkan has yet to come back from said "death" in the canon lore. Also the Primarchs (Emperor's sons) different accents could be explained away by them all being raised by different people on different planets from a young age.
