Oh it did get mentioned. When Vegeta tells his plan, Dende freaks out going "Porunga can only resurrect one person at a time!!" Then Moro (Elder Namekian) says he updated the wishes. Which Ken and Bethany are all "WTF!? You can just do that? Update your dragon!?"

2024-01-04 12:28:11 +0000 UTCThis is going back a ways, but if you remember season 2 of Abridged, Porunga required 2 wishes to bring Piccolo back and then bring him to Namek. Looks like Kai mighty very omitted a small bit of information, where the namekians state they put more people's power into the dragon balls to allow for the multi-resurrection power. I'm going to miss all these regular conversations about Buu, with all these different, fun names y'all made up.
