2024-01-13 01:26:18 +0000 UTCYeah, it is insane that this is the faster version. Kai is the edited down version, and the original took even longer. It's painful at times. That said, once you know the story, it's a wonderful background show. I think Buu's backhand was his childish way of implying "now is not the time for tearful reunion and hugs, there is work to be done."

The flash of characters going "Oh its Goku!" are all from Dragon Ball from when Goku was a kid, which even some big DBZ fans will miss and not catch them. Also you see such things as "Mister Satan!" chant...its not far off the Abridged joke...its almost there, Dragon ball is as insane as Abridged did it. Now in normal DBZ Android 17 was not shown to be revived however it was assumed to be possible with the "Revive everyone killed" wish, so with 17s reveal here being a huge surprise and he is a park ranger. This is my first time re watching this section DBZ as I watched Buu Saga once and even with Kai edit oh man...the filler and stretch on time, when I know Satan gives his voice I forgot how long it took. Let alone yourselves who figured it out two episodes ago and kept shouting "MR SATAN HELP!"
