Fun...theory. I say theory, because I don't know of this is true, but it seems like an intentional reference. In the Dragon Ball Z Budokai game, there is a side mode called "Legend of Hercule." In it, Satan takes on everyone at the Cell Games, and has a dialogue towards each fighters as he goes, then a small commentary or quip in his head. The specific echo on Mr. Satan's thought in this video feels strongly like a reference to that mode.
