Gold Tier Issue Resolved!
Added 2020-10-05 23:18:52 +0000 UTCJust got a response back from support and it turns out someone grabbed the spot but their charge declined and for some reason I couldn't see them and they were hogging the spot. I've blocked them and now the spot is free!
