Shadow Naruto really said "I art thou, and thou art I." Also, many ninja have the ability to walk on the surface of water, by channeling their chakra through their body and focusing on their legs to make the water feel like a flat solid surface. Its not hard to do, but takes at least a little bit of concentration and chakra. The whole fight with Sasuke (both times) took place over a river, so don't be surprised if people land on water when someone else falls through it at the same time.

Guy is definitely an interesting character, and a some of his good moments were shown in the previous series when Naruto and his friends were younger, something that the first Storm game unfortunately didn't cover as much cutscene-wise
