Feels like too often, especially in media, people that are religious are shown to be extreme or super naive. But as with most things, we shouldn't assume everyone is the same that is religious.

2024-03-02 04:19:28 +0000 UTCI have a theory that Emily was Lucifer’s replacement, considering she is so joyous a lot like Lucifer and Charlie. The way Charlie and Emily reprise the refrain of Hell is forever give me chills everyime. Emily is such a sweety, I love how she is Charlie's counterpart in heaven. I love how Adam, Sera and Emily represent different types of religious folks. Adam represents those who use religion as a defence for their prejudice, Sera represents the traditionalists and Emily represents the younger generation who are more open minded to change but still have the fundamental beliefs.

Though it's clear that hellborn like Charlie(part angel) can just travel to Heaven at will, and angels like the exterminators and Vaggie/Adam can go to Hell at will. It's safe to assume the sinners in Hell can have the ability to as well. But as the final song went over, the rules are gray and what does determine this?
