I did see your reaction and I really appreciate and enjoyed your reaction. The costumes were a great and pleasant surprise.

Glad you are sticking it out with us. Hopefully if you watch the whole show it'll be worth it 🤗

Bethany and Ken

Hopefully you saw our reaction on YouTube for that on New Years Eve 🙂

Bethany and Ken

In regards to the slideback on Korra's personality, I attribute this to two things. 1. From an in-universe perspective, he is still only 17, going on 18. Some lessons need to be drilled in a couple of times in order to stick at that age. 2. From a behind-the-scenes perspective, I believe this is a side effect of the unexpected green light on seasons 2-4. Season 1 was meant as a full, cohesive story with contained character arcs. In order to set up new arcs to span 3 whole seasons, it, unfortunately, makes sense that some arcs had to be dialed back some to move them forward again, and I think Korra's was one of those who got hit with it the worst. Sure, they probably could've managed continuing her from right where she left off having learned the lesson, but they probably ran out of time to really fix that since they were on such tight time constraints.

Ken you made a good point, we see now that without Tenzen’s guidance, Korra is making poor decisions and is lacking in conflict resolution. It’s almost sad to watch because just like Bethany said, it seems like Korra learned nothing from Book 1, and I can see why that pissed off a lot of fans That aside, I will say one thing that this show does so well is show how much politics is involved and how the antagonists of the series (so far) play that to their advantage. It’s frustrating to watch sometimes, but unfortunately that stuff happens in the world we live in today

Trying to like Korra but I hope I can eventually. I don’t know why she left Tenzin hanging because he was like her Uncle more than her real Uncle. I hope she apologizes to him. I stopped watching at the end of season 1 and only watching because of you guys lol and to see your reactions

In this episode it was confirmed Zuko have a daughter and he is alive in his 90's already. Thing is, Zuko after 67 years of ruling the Fire Nation, abdicate the throne in favour to his daughter. And he volunteered to become Fire Nation peace ambassador instead of just getting retired. But because of his legendary status, he have big influence even without being the Fire Lord. And also fun fact, after giving throne to his daughter, he started to live in Ember Island house. Same house during ATLA beach episode and when team Avatar hiding from Fire Nation before comet
