Totally agree with your assessment of the fans!

Haha, seriously. The first time visiting Ba Sing Se in ATLA it was like, "oooo, nice place to live." but then as the story progresses it is like, nope, gotta live somewhere else because this city just can't catch a break. And that has remained true in TLOK.

Yeah Zaheer is my favorite kind of villain: smart, philosophical, and evil, reminds me of Darkseid from Superman TAS or Joker from The Dark Knight. They really know how to question the status quo, and in a way makes you want to identify them with the beliefs of our protagonists, but we have to remember that they are still the bad guys at the end of the day. 10/10 reactions and definitely looking forward to the next! On a side note, I find it funny how the creators always choose Ba Sing Se to be the city where shit goes down, just like in ATLA

Was about to type the Tarrlok example, but since I saw it here, I'll just add a like. (c: And yeah you're right, Aang really got a lot of work out of just blowing air through the length of his entire series.

Bolin truly was made for the mover life. Btw, not sure if y'all recognize this place, but Misty Palms Oasis is where Aang and the group met the Ba Sing Se Professor who was looking for the Library, as well as where Iroh and Zuko found the friend from the white lotus. ...how did Naga fit in that room with such a narrow door? "He's got some skills." Credit where it's due; Zaheer is a badass. Fun little parallel, going from Misty Palms Oasis to Ba Sing Se. I honestly feel bad for the Nuktuk doll. The fans seemed a little unhinged, but they also seemed genuinely sweet and that doll probably took time to make.

Zaheer is dangerous because he is smart and can talk. Charisma/Speech 10

Great reaction. Really love the videos. To answer the question of why they put bandages on Korra's mouth, when she was captured by Tarrlok in Book 1, she was still able to breath fire from her mouth while tied up in ropes. Also, Aang was still able to blow a lot of wind at Admiral D***head after he was chained up. I assume theses guys weren't taking any chances lol.

Regarding Korra being out in the restraining face mask, recall that both firebenders and airbenders can use their breath. Taken a step further, remember how King Bumi could still earthbend when encased in metal by using his face? The avatar is the most powerful bender in the world, the Earth Queen’s forces aren’t taking any chances with her. I don’t know how far ahead your recordings go from posting the videos here, but next episode things really hit the fan and Zaheer shows just how efficient and deadly the airbenders could be if they weren’t pacifists. Everything goes crazy next time and they don’t take their foot off the gas pedal for the rest of the season.

Hell Yeah Gaming
