Even the uncut version) Goku here actually says “Girls are weird, why do they have butts on their chest?(hence why Goku points to his chest)” Bulma responds saying “don’t be stupid, it’s not a butt! They’re breasts! Babies like them….and boys too…(hence why she blushes)” Goku then says “I don’t like your butt” Bulma replies saying “I told you it’s not a butt! Besides it’s 10 years too early for a little kid like you to be interested in things like this!” Goku say “I’m not a little kid” Bulma says with that doubtful look “Oh really? Then how old are you…?” Goku then says “14.” Bulma flatly asks “14….?” Goku then confirms “yeah, 14”. Bulma then blows the bubbles and proceeds to throw the stuff at Goku freaking out at his age calling him a pervert because he’s only two years younger than her, meaning she’s 16. So yeah…that scene was for comedy but it was also exposition about the characters; unfortunately the dub cut that out. If you can guys can react to all cutscenes from the original Dragonball Z Budokai game! you guys did the super moves from the game a couple weeks ago but you should check out the cutscenes probably the closest game cutscenes to the actual anime!
