So I think my Grip between Vol 3 and 4 is that Kuvira Wasn't introduced properly. She was named twice in the second last episode of Vol3., Even though she shows up almost every time in Zaofu. Even just calling her by name each time or something. And Yes Sue does have 4 Sons, but this one was only really seen following the dad the first time we see him, so again, a character not introduced properly. But of course Vol 3 was more Zaheer and his group as well as setting up Vol 4. Not sure exactly when they got green-lit for Vol 4 or if they got 3 and 4 at the same time.
