I know there's always been an argument of whether Chi Chi is cool or not but i love her. She reminds me of my older aunts. She brings that old school asian queen to life & even tho i'm a Goku stan it also must be so stressful married to someone like Goku & Vegeta. However she clearly deeply loves him. I wish they added android 18 to this. She would've been so funny

2025-04-13 11:43:29 +0000 UTCSo Captain ginyu did return in super. It was during the frieza revival arc. You guys watched the movie and the plot is different. In the show Ginyu returns as the frog when frieza lands and takes the grey guys body that was training with frieza and got strong by getting beat to near death and regenerated in a healing pod. He ends up fighting vegeta.

Despite that, GT as a concept was still interesting, especially the "Shenron" villain you guys saw (very interesting backstory behind the villain).

2025-04-12 06:08:30 +0000 UTCHit tells Goku he’s over 1,000 years old after Goku’s talks being an old grandpa. I wonder if he knows his exact age. Like do you even keep up with it at that point? Also, it’s crazy to think that could be Roshi one day. Humans (or whoever with shorter lifespans) definitely have the ability to increase it. Which brings me to Tapion. He’s life an elf, right? Never been big on elf lore, but from anime I’ve seen recently, I assume they’re generally portrayed as living long lives. So there’s that possibility. He is at least tied to/a descendant of people the Demon Realm (now that I think about it), so he may just live much longer from that alone (going based off what I’ve seen/heard of its people). Anyway, all that to say they could easily bring him back, make the movie canon to the main timeline and have him reunite with Trunks.

Awww, Bucky...purring(?) around the 38 minute mark. "It's almost like Bulma has a little crush on [Broly]." Honestly, having these three specific characters talk about the different Brolys takes me back for...reasons. I won't go into it, but those who know...know. "So, [Turles]'s is like a Shadow to Goku? Don't get them mixed up and give this guy a hug." Huh...with that specific phrasing, I have to wonder if that's a reference to Sonic Adventure 2, where Amy mistook Shadow for Sonic and gave him a hug from behind.
