Belated Celebration of Milestones!

I technically hit both the 2500 patrons and $5000 per month milestones back in July, but I knew immediately that Declines and lost pledges would drop me back below those goals for the next couple months, so I avoided making a big deal about it until it felt more concrete.
It took an expected amount of effort in August to make it back over those milestones and then it didn't stay there, as expected. But then in September my growth blew all of my expectations out of the water!
As of October, we are officially past that point, where the beginning of the month did NOT drop me down below 2500 patrons or $5000 per month!
As such, time to celebrate! Thank you to all of you, my beloved patrons, for helping me reach these two milestones.
My last Patreon Goal that I established originally all those years ago was for $2000 a month and now here we are, doubling it and then some. I've got more patrons then that final dollar amount goal, even!
It feels really good to experience such success in this business, and to be able to live out my dream thanks to all of your support. Without you guys, I wouldn't be where I am right now, I wouldn't be WHO I am.
So from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much and here's to many more years of me writing and you reading <3

Meanwhile in other jobs we have a soulless corporate machinery exploiting much of our labour for peanuts while funneling the profits to the top. Its not that we overvalue entertainment, its that companies dramatically undervalue the worth of our labour.

2021-10-03 10:16:23 +0000 UTCHey relax my dad taught me a very important lesson when I was young, he taught me that the most important thing to learn isn’t skills or education, he taught me that the most important thing is to learn how to get someone to willingly (and legally) take a little green piece of paper that they have and put it in your hand, if you can do that it doesn’t matter if you are an unskilled idiot with no education, if you can do that you will be able to make a living for yourself. If you can pull 5 grand writing porn more power to you, you have successfully managed to have me give you that little green piece of paper

Now, I also know that not everyone can do what I do and write 5-10k words of erotic writing per day every day, but just because I CAN do that doesn't mean my profession is truly needed or valued lol. But I'm not some kind of activist. I'll leave trying to change things to the people who are more motivated in that arena. All I can do is live the best life I can live xD
