Well let's develop on this point of view. First to answer your question. Because artists are creative and they need to create new stuff. I may have called it wrong. It is not a game but more of an interactive simulation. There is no end game. Well unless you count a good wank. I will still continue to put out VAM content at the same pace. Nothing changes. Sadly for now my work in VAM is kind of like a movie. You watch it and that's it. I want to create an environment where the motion capture is contextual. That means that you can have all the 10 minutes you want. It's like having a VAM character doing what you ask of it. You want to fuck it in the closet, you can do it. You want to make it dance for you all night long, you can do that too. Of course it will have different look and art than VAM but the idea is the same. I'd say it would be cool to have a VR female character that feels alive and wants to fuck lol.

Why do every good Artist want to make a game? I really dislike "games" if its not needed as media. Lets be honest here!: I dont watch your content because i want to play around. I want to have ~10 minutes "fun" and thats it. There is just no need for a game. (Thats my opinion in most sexgames, because its mostly the wrong media for the content made) If you want to make a game i cant stop you, but thats my honest opinion.
