MetaCompanion update

For those who don't know, MetaCompanion is a game that we are developing. We've made huge progress but we still don't want to show it off yet.  That being said we are working on a polished demo and we will have it available for download and testing sooner than you think.  The game will be VR and desktop ready.

As you can see in the video we went for the anime art style first. This allows us to work on the backend systems and not worry about performance. We also tested DAZ gen 8 models and most likely there will be a variant using realistic models in the future

What is MetaCompanion? It's what we all want. A fully autonomous AI girlfriend. 

We are very excited about the progress we have made on the Ai. We've implemented a SIMS 4-like needs system that drives her. She has basic needs just like a human and those drive her behavior. Hunger, sleep, bathroom. boredom etc. We've already tested these systems and they work like a charm. 

Also, we are implementing a love-hate system that will influence her relationship with the user. Of course, there will be a mode where you can take full control of her and not be worried about the relationship status. 

If you decided to engage with the relationship system you will experience all the underlying systems that drive her personality and we think that there is where the game will shine. 

Let me give you fiends :)) an example that you can better understand. Say you want to fuck her in the ass and decide not to use lube. She will do it but she will not be very happy about it. That will affect the relationship and her behavior towards you. 

I am not even going to talk about general animations or facial animations. We won't settle for less than top-notch.

We aim to make her behavior as realistic as possible. Down the road, we are looking at ways to make her learn from her interactions with you and we believe it is possible to build such a system.  

We are also testing a system that will allow the user to move the furniture around. In the future, building your own apartment or house will also be possible as she already understands the layout and the furniture placement. 

She will not be alone. She will have neighbors. She will be able to interact with these neighbors and you will also be able to do that. 3somes anybody?

Speech recognition will also be implemented. You can't expect to have conversations but she will respond to generic commands. We all know what those commands will be.  :)))

We are super excited about this project and we can't wait to get a demo ready. If you want to throw ideas in the comments feel free to do it.
