It was discovered way too deep into the scene making. It's a minor inconvenience. There is a picture showing you where the option is.
This is a cool way to make a sex scene and give the user more control over it. You will be able to move trough the sex positions back and forth and also you will be able to control the speed and intensity.
There is no need for a tutorial, just follow the menu. You will figure it out.
