Beach Street Residence - Part 1 - PHOTOS ONLY
Added 2025-08-09 09:54:16 +0000 UTCHi everyone :) I hope you are all doing well and enjoying your summer so far !!! :) Where I am, we will be facing another heat waves and so here I am dreaming about leaving by the beach :) This build is in TWO PARTS - this is part 1. I had this ambitious idea of creating a residence with 4 units, each with a similar layout but all with different styles. So of course, that means instead of creating one build, I am basically trying to create 4 in one :) Therefore, it is divided in two parts. I will be sharing the part 2 next week, and you will have a whole residence then :) I just didn't want to delay this project and some of you might just want to play in the first two units and will be happy to add the upper level next week :)
So about these two builds - two different vibes/styles - one is more boho, natural and surfy, while the other is very pretty and beige/white. More luxurious and high end. Both have master bedrooms and children's bedrooms. The idea is to add another two styles upstairs and have 4 families live in this beautiful residence :) I hope you will love it xx
