The system is a bit free form at the moment. We are pondering ways of making it a little more 'immediate'. At present, anyone is free to bid in whatever way they like - comment on a post, email, dm or whatever. Whenever we get a new bid, we post an Auction Update, which is viewable to the public. Also, we put a comment below the photo being auctioned whenever a new bid comes in. It is working pretty well, but is not a perfect system yet (maybe never will be :). So far there is no bid on this week's print, KATY IN THE MIRROR. Would you like to place one?
