A Word About Perks
Added 2018-01-28 14:53:41 +0000 UTCWe had a conversation last evening with a Patron about monthly perks that are not claimed during the current month. This is a situation worth presenting to all of you, in the interest of good communication and good housekeeping. We would like to encourage all of you that qualify to request and receive your perks each month rather than roll them over, because quite frankly, it is too confusing to keep track of current perks and also prior perks that may not have been claimed, given the number of patrons that we currently have. If you have missed a perk from a prior month, we are not going to turn you down for the perk you are entitled to if you forgot or for whatever reason, so please do let us know, but we just want to keep things orderly, and delivering perks each month, for that month, is the most expedient way to do that.
