I still have to find a therapist to talk out my constant need for attention & reassurance (thanks dad.. 🙃), but in the meantime...
I'm participating in a weekly group therapy online meet-up starting this week & it will last for the next couple months! ❤️🩹
I figured it might help me combat the intense winter sadness that I deal with every year. Hopefully.. 😜

I'm going to be 35 in a little over a month & everywhere I look I keep seeing that women basically become obsolete to society once they reach their mid- 30's, so that's fun to keep seeing everywhere! 😩😵
