Some brief thoughts.

I was raised in Texas. I have for many years had a concern about escalating domestic, homegrown gun violence. I am sad that my fears are coming to fruition. And at the same time, I feel it falls on us, the gentle, artful and socially conscious of us, to see the way forward to a better, more embracing, more tolerant, more peaceful future. Thanks again for being a part of this process. And a part of our process. It is good to be here with you all.
