I will investigate if the GTX 1060 G1 would be enough to offer 4K videos.
I want to be sure that it is enough to finish the goal. Improve the graphics card.
If performance is not enough, it would be saved for: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming 8GB GDDR5 or equivalent.
Once we have achieved the primary goal, you might consider a second additional goal: Improve the processor.
Why improve the processor? It would guarantee greater stability when creating animations (higher performance) and render videos with greater speed.
