I wanted to inform that I was able to advance the target and I already have the new graphics card. Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 Windforce OC 6GB GDDR5.
I have also had to buy an active HDMI to VGA adapter, because my screen is old that only uses vga cable. The total price has been 315 € / $ 334
