Target change to i7-4790 No "K" version

After much research, I decided to change the target of buying Intel Core i7-4790K for the "no K" version.
It's cheaper. Being overclocked and not have to invest more to buy a heatsink.
As the improvement is minimal, I see better to buy the Intel Core i7-4790 (normal) being cheaper.
This ensures you can render the videos much faster to publish.
