Hello all. Occasionally, a Patron decides to leave us. It makes us sad, but we understand that life is complicated and circumstances change. You yourself may even decide to leave at some point, and we respect your choice. What makes us saddest is when someone leaves and in the exit survey they write that they were not getting what they expected from their patronage of Photosensualis, or that the benefits of patronage were not what they were expecting; and at that point there is nothing we can do to make the situation better. If you feel this way, if you are dissatisfied; before you leave, please let us know. The only way we can improve what we offer and ultimately to better please you is if you communicate with us about what you like, and especially what you dislike. We want all of you to be happy with what you get for your pledge at your tier, and we are responsive to your feedback. We promise to respond to every question or comment individually. We can't necessarily make everyone happy all the time, but we certainly want to try!
