Billie Piper is an amazing cryer/actor. She did actually win an award for her performance in this episode. This episode always kills me. It’s such a great season finale & I literally bawl my eyes out every time.

2018-12-21 16:43:50 +0000 UTCI love this finale. A fantastic conclusion to a somewhat inconsistent series. I'd still say it's a good series overall though. I think it's from this point onward the Tennant era and DW as a whole really kick into gear. Very few misses from here on out until the end of series 5. Tennant himself, as great as he was in his first series really takes it up another level (or two) after this. Easily my favourite Doctor. I'm really looking forward to series 3!
