I've conjured up many a theory on the nature of their relationship - Are they colleagues, does L have something over them? Fun to wonder. Definitely a good character episode, primarily for Aizawa but also got a look into the rest of them.

For example, when Chief Yagami and Light were in confinement, they never showed how his mother and sister were affected by this, i know L asked the Chief to made up an excuse, either way, it's a LONG time for a college student.
