Excellent episode. A wonderful play on what happens when people are trapped with a threat they don't understand, fear becomes paranoia and eventually violence. Yeah, some scorching stories this season for sure.

Amazing acting this episode, the parts where the doctor and sky were speaking in unison was all done live, no editing to sync them up, some of the behind the scenes for this episode really show how much work they had to put in for this

I 100% agree with you. This episode was made cause they were trying to save some money and it’s one of the best ones in the show

I love how optimistic and wondrous Russell T Davies' writing can be, but I've gotta admit I like his cynical writing best of all. He really knows how to criticise humanity.

Thank you for appreciating this episode! It's one of my favourites even though not many people like it, mostly because of how annoying the other passengers are (which is understandable). I just find everything about it remarkable :D the way it presents the worst of humanity, the concept of the alien and how that remains a mystery, the acting of Sky when possessed and the practicality of having to repeat words even when out of focus in a shot... just incredible!

Phenonemal episode. It's so good my teacher put it on for us in school.

The actor who plays The Professor is the son of Patrick Troughton who was The Second Doctor in the 1960s

Love Tennant in this episode, he does such a phenomenal job portraying emotion just using his eyes it looks like he's genuinely terrified.
