Hi Everyone! I am sorry for the extended delay on this one. I have been really busy in the real world and have not had the time to re-create the sound system with the new sounds I have. Rather than holding off any longer I thought I'd share the latest test version with you all without the sound update!
This test version is in a 'loose' format rather than a VAR. I will only release VARs for the official releases so keep this in mind when adding E-Motion to your characters. Select E-Motion from the scripts folder, rather than the VAR to try this test version.
The two big changes in this version are to do with smiles and body motion. Smiling has been improved alot thanks to some reworking of how morphs are applied along with the new slider.
Body Motion has been greatly enhanced and now works great for the whole body. With everything active you can have your character fully ragdoll on a bed and they will move about in a mostly realistic fashion. Its not intelligent but still can be quite sexy!
Major Updates
New Smile Damper slider under Looks - This slider pulls the corners of the mouth down as a smile increases to lessen the facial change. really helps to make smiles look just right and prevent joker smiles!
Max Eye Open under Looks - allows you to adjust the open eyelid position to dial in the eyes to your look
Dynamically Calculate Direct Angle under distances & angles - Calculates the direct angle automatically based on the size of the targets face. Helps to keep tracking working well when you get really close to each other without any slider adjustments being required
Huge Overhaul of Body Motion - Angle calculations and movement have been tweaked and improved to be a bit more natural looking. Leg sliders have been added to allow separate configuration of the legs from the rest of the body
Arm Rotation Offset slider under Body Motion - Allows you to rotate the base angle of the arms in towards the body or away. works in conjunction with the position slider that moves the arms back or forward to give much more control over how the arms position themselves
Minor Updates
There is now an option under 'features' to enable and disable the help text
Head tracking will pause if your face gets really close to the character. stops the character from trying to look you in the face when you have your head on their shoulder or just below their chin for example
Fixes
Direct Gaze from the character once again correctly follows with just the eyes until the angle becomes too great (for certain look states such as casual). not sure how this broke!
Fixed several sliders and options not saving and/or loading correctly from presets. everything should be saved and loaded properly!
