Really loved how you mentioned Floch. People get too busy hating him they miss some poetic things like him leading an attack and being the only one to survive again

2022-02-23 12:46:14 +0000 UTCImo he has an even better grasp on the story than us manga readers. Exactly as you said, we didn’t really understand that until Zeke revealed it. I’m sure there were plenty who did when this chapter came out but even then my god is it crazy how he can come to so many of his conclusions with out the further knowledge in the manga.

He also died without wearing the Marley outfit at all, he died wearing the Survey Corps outfit with the emblem of freedom on it instead. Love that detail. And of course you were confused by the chains, always 10 steps ahead! Got a total kick out of that. A lot of viewers AND manga readers when this part came out were kind of puzzled until it clicked that Zeke didn’t have the founding. Can’t wait for the discussion once it’s ready.
