One of the things that I truly love and appreciate about this series is how Baran and Jantje manage to make these reveals so emotionally impactful even if you have already figured out the twist! Even though I knew the stranger was Jonas, it still hit me like a ton of bricks when they reveal it. Great acting. Great writing. Great direction. Baran and Jantje are so creatively intelligent!

2022-03-06 19:33:19 +0000 UTCI find it kinda funny how 5 episodes in, during discussions you reiterate how good each episode is as compared to previous but that there has to be "down" points at some time. And while true, not every episode can be the new best, I consider DARK to have one of the most consistent levels of quality across it's entirety, which I think is a good sign for your enjoyment of this show on the whole since we're still so early in it.
