This is kind of weird but that opening discussion where everyone is shooting the shit actually helps push this episode near the top of one of my favorite Vinland Saga episodes. Great character moments everywhere. I love chaotic forces like Thorkell. I love the series from here on out

I am happy with how it is at the moment but I can't help but think of all the shows I would love for you to check out (recently re-watched Made in Abyss and was blown away). I realize things were probably different back then but I remember you wanting to give it a go back when you started AoT but you weren't able to reach your goal. This is just curiosity, so don't feel like you need to answer of anything

I love the moments of this story that are just a bunch of people discussing a topic and riffing off each other. It just feels soo natural. In most adaptations they might have trimmed down these moments from the manga but I’m so happy they don’t. This story has always been soo much more than just Viking battles. Also love that when we have the introduction of the valkyries in this episode and their visualization is the same as Prince Canute. His presentation is fascinating. Can’t wait for you to continue this there’s still only greatness ahead
