Such a great episode! I always love any episode with River Song in it - she is one of my fave characters in the show <3 Loving how much you're enjoying Matt Smith too - he's such a great Doctor! The impressive part about this episode is that this was the first one that they filmed him as the Doctor. Looking forward to the next ep!

The return on River Song is just fantastic and she just effortlessly joins the Tardis crew as if she had always been there (and in a wibbly wobbly timey wimey way she actually has) There’s actually a really funny thing that happened when this went live. The BBC at the time was promoting shows at the end of episodes using cartoon chibi versions of celebrities at the bottom of the screen dancing. And unfortunately for Graham Norton he was used right as Matt Smith is giving his cool speech at the end and genuinely got complaints 😄 He talks about it below https://youtu.be/VnpZS_54uoA
