I don't think I've seen this one the entire time I thought that the Dream Lord might have been The Master somehow. I'm glad both the worlds were dreams because otherwise if the Dream Lord wasn't also just an imagined character by The Doctor they could have just not had Rory die in the dream and then everyone would have died to the Cold Star if it was real. It was a little annoying to me how long it took both Amy and Rory to realize there are dangers in both worlds that will kill them especially after the Dream Lord said it. I know its the world Rory wants but he was able to figure out the Tardis right away without freaking out so I hoped he had a more nuanced approach to this right away. Then again the dream state is effecting all of their minds and dumbing them down so I guess it all checks out. I think its a good episode but I almost feel we got an episode like this too soon, like we just happen to have the specks of dust we needed stuck in the Tardis to have the collective nightmare we needed to get Amy to fall for Rory again immediately after the tension at Venice. Then again if the, "Heart of the Tardis" still works the same way from Eccleston's era maybe the Tardis got those specks stuck in itself on purpose. Still a good episode, I think you like it more though lol.

HBO Max skips from Season 5 Episode 6 to Season 5 Episode 8, Dailymotion has 2 uploads but 1 is slowed down and 1 is sped up, I can't seem to find one that lines up with the timer. Also this may just be because I'm looking at it now, but are those nanoseconds displayed right? It goes from 29 to 00, maybe that's how it works but I never noticed it before.
