Brilliant episode, without a doubt. Conny at the end broke my heart. Also, yet again the symbolism of what the sea represents for Armin sticks out to me in this episode, as he is stood on the jetty. Another thing that actually made me quite emotional was Magath calling Armin, Mikasa, Jean, and Conny by name. The fact the he, the man who drew up the plans to break the wall and ultimately bring about the extermination of those who lived within, knows the names of these four young soldiers is not an insignificant detail, in my eyes.
