the doctor rarely kills anyone directly but hes always been quite ok with just not saving people or letting people screw themselves spectacularly. he did practically wipe out his own race afterall.

2022-06-21 13:26:31 +0000 UTCI agree that the Doctor seems a little out of character - I think that his facade sort of drops a little when one of his friends are in real danger and you see a hint of his cold-blooded nature that he tends to hide away so well.
