2022-10-13 08:39:02 +0000 UTCHere we are finally. The adaptation of the first manga chapter seems FLAWLESS. Ever since I saw trailers I expected this, but they certainly exceeded my expectations. Everything is sharp clean (lets ignore 1.5 people who will scream in tweeter about CGI), cinematographic aproach to all of this make complete sence. I didn't really thought of it, but now Im sure Fudjimoto pushed this. Because they for sure could've adapted this in a less cinematographic way. We lose some thing when we see adaptation, that is a distinct art style of Fudjimoto, and the iconic panels. Like the one when Denji appears in a middle of split-apart Zombie Devil, thats an iconic panel that didn't adapt that good. But everything else is just amazing build up upon manga. Great action sequence, great "camera" work, great color scheme. AND THE SOUND. Omg I was the chainsaw engine sound feels so good, and the music is flawless aswell. The opening fits so nicely with this show, as well as the ending (I think the animation for ending will come in the ep2, but it is on youtube). By the way, how do you know about devils being connected to the fear? Was that in trailers? They didn't say that in a first episode. Anyways Im so happy you are checking this out, it's going to be a long journey, Im sticking with you for this.
